The Malibu 36” is the most versatile board from our Classic Series family. It’s long enough for you to be able to practice your cross-steps or just have a fun smooth ride, and short enough for easy transport.
Its big wheelbase (23”) will allow you to ride big distances and make very wide turns. Molded in a low concave for an authentic retro feeling, it is mounted with the Meraki (S5) system and 66x51mm 78A (soft) wheels for a smoother ride in all types of terrain.
The YOW Malibu surfskate is a lot of fun, perfect for both those who love classic surfing and beginners. Its long wheelbase allows you to pump comfortably and you can draw more open lines than when riding our smaller YOW surfskates. A unique retro feeling!
The movement on a YOW board is very similar to that of a surfboard, so it's great to practice your technique as you learn to position yourself and move your weight on the board just like when you surf.
The wide swing of the front axle allows for extremely tight turns. You can also fix the axle with a screw, thus turning your surf skate into a "normal" cruiser in no time. The YOW V4 S5 system uses a strong 5mm spring. This system offers an authentic surf feeling for surfers over 50kg.
The Complete ships with 66mm, 78A wheels, supporting the board's perfect glide and surf characteristics. The deck comes in a solid 7-ply maple construction.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.
