Sector 9 Meridian Swirl 40" Drop Through Longboard

Product Description
Feel the rhythm and fluidity of the ocean beneath your feet every time you cruise the streets with the Sector 9 Meridian Swirl 40" Drop Through Longboard. Drawing inspiration from the mesmerizing waves captured by renowned photographer Phillip Thurston from NSW, Australia, the Meridian Swirl board turns your ride into an expressive journey. Thurston's breathtaking ocean photography—much like evocative paintings of flowing water—gracefully adorns this board, inviting you to experience the same sense of freedom and graceful movement found in the heart of the sea.
Designed by riders, for riders, the Meridian Swirl is crafted specifically with freeride enthusiasts and commuters in mind. Its drop-through construction lowers your center of gravity, providing increased stability, effortless pushing, and more controlled carving. Built with 8-ply durable maple and sharp rails for enhanced grip and precise control, this longboard ensures reliable performance wherever you ride. Coupled with smooth-rolling 70mm 78a Nineballs wheels mounted on responsive 10.0" Gullwing Charger Trucks, you'll feel confident whether bombing hills, carving tight corners, or simply cruising your daily commute.

Since Sector 9 was founded by surfers in La Jolla, California, it's only fitting that our boards would be heavily surf-inspired throughout the years. This year's Swell Photo Collection is no different. You're probably familiar with Ben Thouard's wave imagery out of Tahiti, as we've featured his amazing photography on decks in the past. However, we've added to our growing list of watermen for this collection with photographer Phillip Thurston. Hailing from NSW, Australia, Thurston's photos often feel more like paintings of fluid motion than captured images, and we're both stoked and honored to feature his work on our newest boards.
