Product Description
Are you ready to take a trip? Well, you’ve come to the right place.
The Journey Walnut Collection is here to expand your consciousness... and your quiver. We tapped artist, Curtis Hadzicki, to create these graphics. He drew slight inspiration from ancient Greek mythology with a psychedelic, Southern California twist. The simple graphic silhouettes serve to provide a stark contrast with the Walnut bottom plies.
To further expand these boards’ horizons, we sprayed the tails and used a clear grip to provide one of our most unique collections to date.

Sector 9 Handplant Hopper 27.5" Cruiser Longboard - Key Questions Answered
Is this a good choice for commuting across campus or short city trips?
Yes, the 27.5" size is easy to carry and maneuver in tight spaces. It’s a practical cruiser for class-to-class rides, bus connections, and quick trips on rough sidewalks.
How stable does it feel compared with a longer cruiser?
It feels more nimble than a long wheelbase board, with quicker steering and easier carving. That makes it great for slow to moderate cruising, though less calm at higher speeds.
Would a newer rider feel comfortable on this board?
Yes, if they want a predictable cruiser that’s easy to balance on and turn. The shorter shape is forgiving for learning, but it will respond faster than a big, mellow board.
What does the kicktail actually help with in everyday use?
It helps lift the nose for curb cuts, quick repositioning, and tight turns. On crowded paths or rough pavement, that extra control makes the board more useful day to day.
Who is this better for than a full-size longboard?
It’s better for riders who want portability, quick turning, and an easier board to manage in transit or indoors. If you value compact handling over top-speed calm, this fits well.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

I've never had a board I've loved this much. Made with coconut fibers and Hawaiian print cloth. I'm in love. Abec 7s are smoothe, grips great. Overall 10/10

Well built and super fun to skate on. Wheels work well on imperfect pavement and sidewalk cracks. Bearings are legit.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.

Trippy assym setup with Rogue ZM1's and assorted wheels really rips for downhill! I also hope to run cones with it soon.
