Sanview Orange and White Drop Through 39" Beginners Longboard - Key Questions Answered
Is this longboard a good choice for someone learning to ride?
Yes, it is built for stability and easy balance, which helps new riders feel more confident quickly. The 39" drop-through shape sits lower to the ground, making push-offs and foot braking feel calmer.
What kind of riding is this board best for?
It is best for relaxed cruising, campus commuting, and smooth neighborhood rides. The reverse kingpin setup is made for predictable turning rather than tricks or aggressive downhill use.
How does the ride feel compared with a standard longboard?
It feels lower, steadier, and less tiring to push than a deck with a higher stance. That lower ride height also makes it easier to keep control when you are learning to carve and brake.
Would a 39-inch board feel too big to carry around?
For most riders, 39 inches is a comfortable middle ground: stable enough to learn on without feeling oversized. It is a practical size if you want one board for short commutes and casual rides.
Why pick this over a cheaper beginner board?
The drop-through design and longboard geometry are a better match if you care most about steady, confidence-building cruising. You give up trick focus, but you get a smoother first-board feel for everyday riding.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

I've never had a board I've loved this much. Made with coconut fibers and Hawaiian print cloth. I'm in love. Abec 7s are smoothe, grips great. Overall 10/10

Well built and super fun to skate on. Wheels work well on imperfect pavement and sidewalk cracks. Bearings are legit.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.

Trippy assym setup with Rogue ZM1's and assorted wheels really rips for downhill! I also hope to run cones with it soon.
