Product Description
The RocketRoton is a modern single-kick freeride Longboard Deck. It was developed together with our team rider Brian Scott Adkins.
Thanks to the deep rocker and the wheel well flares it gives you a great hold for stand-up slides. The 3D kick begs for some tricks and manuals.
The fact that the rocker only runs between the trucks gives an additional reference point. The flush cuts allow you to stand very close to the trucks and thus have more control. For a little more freedom, we have deliberately built the Roton without a W-concave.
The new single kick shape and a shorter wheelbase make it an outstanding freeride board.

Rocket Roton 35.6" Downhill/Freeride Longboard Deck - Key Questions Answered
Who is this deck best suited for?
It’s built for downhill and freeride riders who want a stiff, stable platform for speed control. If you’re progressing past casual cruising and want more confidence on steep pavement, the Roton fits that lane well.
Is this a good choice if I’m still learning slides?
Yes, if you want a deck that feels predictable instead of twitchy. The stiff maple build and drop-through stance help keep the board settled while you practice stand-up slides and braking.
How does it feel at higher speeds?
It should feel planted and consistent, with less flex than a softer all-around board. That makes it easier to hold your stance when carving hard or checking speed on steep runs.
What should I expect from the 35.6-inch size?
Expect a compact downhill shape that still gives you enough platform for a controlled stance. The shorter length is easier to manage than a longer downhill deck, while staying steady for freeride.
How does it compare with a cheaper maple deck?
This is more specialized, with a stiffer, purpose-built feel for downhill and freeride rather than casual cruising. If you care more about control and consistency than a soft, do-everything ride, it’s the stronger pick.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

I've never had a board I've loved this much. Made with coconut fibers and Hawaiian print cloth. I'm in love. Abec 7s are smoothe, grips great. Overall 10/10

Well built and super fun to skate on. Wheels work well on imperfect pavement and sidewalk cracks. Bearings are legit.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.

Trippy assym setup with Rogue ZM1's and assorted wheels really rips for downhill! I also hope to run cones with it soon.
