Product Description
The Theory Longboard deck reminds us that barriers can always be pushed, whether it's while riding the skateboard or the curves we press into them.
On the Theory V2, we use an updated epoxy with 2 layers of fiberglass for ideal stiffness and increased strength. We are continuing to use the rocker and wheel flares that create the illusion of a dropped platform, as well as the same radial concave and mild W-concave to keep your feet planted.

Prism Theory V2 36" Cop Caller Series Longboard Deck - Key Questions Answered
What kind of rider is a 36" freeride/downhill deck like this best for?
It suits riders who want a stable platform for controlled slides and downhill runs without going to an oversized board. The 36" length gives enough leverage to learn and progress while staying easy to handle.
Is this a good choice if I’m still learning downhill sliding?
Yes, if you want something more predictable than a flexy entry-level deck. The 7-ply maple build and symmetrical shape help keep slide initiation and switch riding feeling consistent.
How does the ride feel compared with a smaller street deck or a longer downhill board?
It feels more planted than a short street deck and less bulky than many longer downhill shapes. That middle-ground size is useful when you want stability for speed but still want easy everyday handling.
Would this work for casual cruising or campus riding, not just downhill?
Yes, it can handle relaxed cruising and rougher pavement well, especially if you like a steadier feel underfoot. It is built around freeride performance, so it feels more composed than a soft, casual cruiser.
What should I expect from the Theory V2 shape in real use?
Expect a symmetrical deck that rides the same in both directions and feels predictable when you change stance or slide out. That makes it easier to build confidence on faster lines and switch riding.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

I've never had a board I've loved this much. Made with coconut fibers and Hawaiian print cloth. I'm in love. Abec 7s are smoothe, grips great. Overall 10/10

Well built and super fun to skate on. Wheels work well on imperfect pavement and sidewalk cracks. Bearings are legit.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.

Trippy assym setup with Rogue ZM1's and assorted wheels really rips for downhill! I also hope to run cones with it soon.
