Foundation Adventure 2020 in Green 7.75" Skateboard - Key Questions Answered
Is a 7.75-inch deck a good size for learning street skating?
Yes—7.75 inches gives you a quicker, easier-to-control feel that helps with ollies, flip tricks, and learning board control. It’s a strong fit if you want something responsive without jumping to a wider platform.
What kind of rider is this shape best for?
It suits smaller riders, teens, and beginners who want fast side-to-side movement. The narrower width makes technical practice feel less bulky and easier to manage.
How does a 7-ply maple deck ride compared with cheaper boards?
It usually feels more consistent underfoot with better snap for pop-heavy tricks. You’re paying for a familiar maple skate feel that holds up well during regular sessions.
Would this work well for park sessions and trick practice?
Yes, it’s built for street skating and park progression where quick response matters. It’s a practical choice if you want clean control for technical lines and repeated trick attempts.
What should I expect if I want a board for commuting as well as skating?
Expect a board that feels nimble and easy to carry, with a stance that stays manageable in tight spaces. Paired with the right wheels, it can handle campus-style cruising without feeling oversized.

Skater since 1974, pool pipe and skatepark, I've ridden it all but these Carver C7 trucks were a revelation. Best for slow speed styling and generally hanging some art on mellow terrain.
Definitely a kick and worth trying.

I've never had a board I've loved this much. Made with coconut fibers and Hawaiian print cloth. I'm in love. Abec 7s are smoothe, grips great. Overall 10/10

I am loving this board so far! I reached out to LBUSA to get some help finding the right board for me. They were more than helpful and the process of getting help, ordering the board, and then delivery was flawless. I am excited with my purchase and am thrilled with the customer service along the way. Well built and super fun to skate on. Wheels work well on imperfect pavement and sidewalk cracks. Bearings are legit.

Kiddo got this board for Christmas, for us to ride on Route 66. Board is good quality. No name trucks, but they function well for her. She likes the Punked Speed Series wheels. We did put reds super bearings in it. The factory bearings do not roll near as well. For the price, for a complete, it is well worth it. This is our second Punked Longboard, and both have served their purpose. I would buy from this company, and Vendor again, without question.

Trippy assym setup with Rogue ZM1's and assorted wheels really rips for downhill! I also hope to run cones with it soon.
