Rather than shaping from a single slab or standard ply stack, each deck starts as individually milled wood strips that are bonded side-by-side to create the blank. Every strip is carefully chosen and positioned with purpose, aligning thickness, strength, and grain direction to achieve the deck’s intended silhouette and flex profile.
