We either ship with FEDEX or UPS.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Sorry, we cannot ship boards to PO boxes.
My package didn't arrive. What do I need to do?
Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and we can look into this. It sometimes takes the carrier longer than expected. We are not responsible for lost packages left on doorsteps.
What if I do not want my package anymore after it has been shipped?
If you refuse a package, it will go back to the warehouse and there will be a restocking fee and a refused package fee. Shipping cost cannot be refunded both ways. In case of a free shipping item, the actual shipping fee will be deducted.
What if I accidently gave a wrong shipping address?
Please contact us asap. If the package has not been shipped yet, we can change it. If the package has been shipped, we need to contact the carrier asap to reroute the package if this is still possible. There is a fee involved for rerouting. This fee needs to be paid before rerouting. When the package is undeliverable it will go back to the warehouse and there will be charge and restocking fee and the shipping fee, both ways, cannot be refunded.
Do I receive tracking and how long does it take to get a package to me?
Yes, you do receive the tracking as soon as it ships. How long a package takes depends on where you live. Most packages takes 1-5 business days for shipping. Please check your tracking number to see when it will arrive. That way, you know exactly what is going on with your package.
You said it takes 2-4 days to ship, why does it takes longer?
Keep in mind that weekends do not count. Shipping happens only during business days, weekdays. Also holidays do not count. During the busy holiday season its always good to order early.
I want my package faster but I do not see an option for that?
Please contact us at email@example.com - specify the product code and the zip it has to be delivered to. In most cases we are able to ship faster than the standard ground shipping. Extra cost do apply.
Can I use my own Fedex/UPS account?
We can try if you email us your account info (firstname.lastname@example.org)
What is your return policy?
Damaged or missing parts:
If there is a problem with your order, please email us and we can look into this. Sometimes packages are getting damages during transport. Please contact us at email@example.com when received the package, explain what is wrong and send us pictures. If something is missing, we will ship the missing parts to you. If something is damaged, we will file a claim and replace the damaged products. All damaged merchandise claims are handled by the carrier.
All returns require a return authorization number provided by us. All items returned without a return authorization number clearly written on the box will be refused. Refund takes about 2 to 3 business days for it to transfer into your account; sometimes sooner, it just depends on the banks involved.
Any shortage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt.
We do allow returns for exchange or refund, however the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and there will be a 15% restocking fee when returned or exchanged. If your product had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted. We do not except returns on used items. If you have ridden your product only one time, you cannot return it; no exceptions!
I want to cancel my order. Is this possible?
If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You are responsible to ship it back with RA-number (Return Authorization) and shipping cost cannot be refunded. Please contact us by email for any cancelations: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge tax if a package goes to California. For other states we don't charge sales tax.
Why don't you have the brand I want?
There is a huge selection available out there and new boards are coming out all the time. We just cannot carry all brands. If you would like us to carry a brand, please let us know and we can look into it.
The item is out of stock. How do I know when it will be back?
Sometimes an item is out of stock. If you want to know when it will be back, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can find out for you. Sometimes we do not know when it comes back in stock. If something just became out of stock, it might not have been ordered yet.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
There is a limited warranty on most products, usually up to a year depending on the manufacturer. The products are warranted by the manufacturer itself, so we cannot a replacement directly. Each manufacturer has its own warranty policies, so we need to contact them if you have an issue.
Warranty does not include wear and tear, impact damage, abuse, neglect (like leaving it in the rain, snow), crashing, ran over, extreme maneuvres, slamming, shredding, other normal use, etc.
If it is a real manufacturer defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide order number, name, explanation what is defect and pictures.
